My Story:
Hi! My name is Riley. I created this website with the hope of helping others draw closer to the Lord through my greatest passion: worship music. I’ve experienced many seasons where I felt hopeless, alone, and unable to see the light at the end of the tunnel. In those moments, I turn to worship. I turn up the volume, sing my heart out—often through tears—and allow the Lord to work in me. While worship doesn’t instantly make all my problems disappear, it reminds me that God is in control. It also gives me a way to express what I can’t always put into words. I’m not the best at sharing my emotions through conversation, but through music, I can release them freely. When I don’t know what to say or how to say it, there’s always a worship song that captures exactly what I’m feeling.
My Favorite Song: King of Kings by Hillsong Worship; it’s based on Romans 6:1-11
Melody’s Story:
Heart of Worship
The heart of worship is not just about singing songs or going to church—it’s about giving your heart fully to God. True worship comes from love and thankfulness for who He is and what He has done. It means putting God first and wanting to live in a way that honors Him. When we worship, we draw closer to God and remember that life is about more than ourselves—it’s about Him. In those moments, whether we’re praying, singing, or simply being still, we feel His presence and our hearts are changed by His love.
“I will give thanks to You, O Lord my God, with all my heart,
And will glorify Your name forever.”
Psalm 86:12
Emma’s Story:
Hi! I’m Emma. I’ve grown up surrounded by worship music, and it’s always been a huge part of my life and faith. From a young age, I found comfort and peace in singing songs that remind me of God’s love and faithfulness. Whenever I’m feeling anxious or overwhelmed, worship music helps calm my heart and refocus my mind on Him. It’s my safe space—a way to release my worries and rest in God’s presence. Being able to sing at church is such a blessing, not only because I get to worship, but also because it allows me to connect with others who share that same love for lifting up God’s name. There’s something so powerful about joining together in song and knowing that we’re all praising the same God with one heart and one voice.
Emma’s Favorite Song: The Blessing by Elevation Worship; it’s based on Numbers 6:24-26
Hi! I’m Melody, I’m Riley’s mother. I was blessed to be raised in church and in a very musical family—my mom played piano for our congregation, and our family even traveled together as a Christian band. Worship music has always been woven into the fabric of my life, shaping my faith and deepening my relationship with God from a young age. Some of my sweetest memories come from singing alongside my family and seeing how God used music to touch hearts wherever we went. Now, one of my greatest joys is hearing my daughter sing and play, whether at church or at home. Watching her grow in her own love for worship reminds me of how powerful music can be—it connects generations, strengthens our faith, and continues to move through our family in beautiful ways.
Melody’s Favorite Song: I Speak Jesus by Charity Gayle; it’s based on Phillipians 2:9-11
